A Moorish-looking viol player with an Aragonés accent, he performed at the phantom castle's feast. He played suggestively, named Euphémie's husband, and mocked Thomas's drunkenness before being kicked by him. He was later found dead in a common grave after the castle vanished at dawn.
A Moorish viol player from Aragon, he performed at the feast of the night tourney in Paris, where he named Euphémie's husband and was later found dead. He reappeared at the Pope's feast in Avignon, playing exotic rhythms and summoning a procession of masked women, but failed to recognize Thomas in disguise.
